Terrilee Fitz is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent who specializes in condo's, single family homes, (includes bank owned and short sales) commercial and multi-unit, and investment properties. Her outstanding performance has earned her awards as a Top Producer and awards in the ReMax Executive Club, as she consistently maintains her reputation as being service-oriented with integrity.

Terri's real estate education: Terri is an Associate Broker. She is a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors),  The NARC (National Association of Realtors Commercial Real Estate) and RCA (Realtors Commercial Alliance).

Her designations include: (AB) Associate Broker, a GRI designation (Graduate Real Estate Institute.) and a ABR designation, (Accredited Buyers Representative, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) ARC (Advanced Real Estate Certification) and has her B.S. Degree in Education from the University of Utah. (She is also a HUD home certified agent. She has completed in-depth training for commercial properties and residential homes. Terri's Licenses and Education include a B.S.Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Education. (She was a teacher in a private High School and Jr. High, for A.D.D. students.) She has also held Professional licenses as a P.I. Private Detective and an Insurance Adjustor for over 8 years and has trained others in the field. Terri has also been a Real EstateInvestor for almost 10 years and owns her own Real Estate Investment company.
